airy and modern rooms with personal bathrooms and a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. location not far from park, wildlife and natural beauty, and the summit of mount ohlssen bagge. also, in the centre of the reserve. cozy base for exploring ikara-flinders ranges national park.

The breakfast was nice hot and fantastic and offered plenty of well presented food. The location was stunning and brilliant, right by the amazing restaurant at Rawnsley Park, multiple hikes and the walking trails and amenities...

The staff knew their stuff and the breakfast was good - hot meals and yogurt, for example. the location here is amazing and beautiful. the kids had a comfy place to sleep, except for that one spot 😊.

What's not to like! the most fabulous spot, beautiful Australian nature and fauna. Very comfortable and private accommodation. Did not get an opportunity to experience the dining in experience - too tired following the walk! Maybe next time.

Sunday morning, the staff were 'surly' not rude though. At the reception, the girl asked for $106, when we owed $475! I explained that we owed $475 following an upgrade, it took her more than 10 minutes to sort it out, blaming others for "the error' I was left feeling we inconvenienced her and she certainly showed displeasure. At the petrol bowser, which didn't work! the assistant insisted 'but is shows $68', we had not yet put petrol in and I kept telling her this and asking her to re-set the bowser and switch it on, all I kept hearing was but here is shows $68! If I didn't need petrol I would have walked out! We finally got petrol, but she seemed convinced we owed an extra $68. The guy in information was equally unhelpful when we asked for survey maps, he insisted that the Pound walks were marked every 200M. We should be able to navigate the pound with the map given from reception. We didn't get lost, but were unable to see markers or signs every 200M! Despite this we had a great weekend and my friend from America also enjoyed the weekend, but did comment on the lack of direction on the walks and the grumpy staff! Despite this I would certainly recommend a visit to Wilpena Pound. The place is always beautiful and the staff may have just been having a bad day!

The location was great and gorgeous, very close to the Mount Ohlssen hike! One of the advantages - good-sized rooms; they included hair dryers, a walk-in shower and bath sheets.

It was super convenient for where we wanted to go. 🌟

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable

Very very good breakfasts. Climate control, coffee, and a dining table in the room. - the exceptionally comfortable bed. - Absolutely fabulous views towards garden

room was comfortable but looking a bit old, the food in the Bistro was OK at an OK price

New and nicely set up room with a cozy bed and smoke detectors for safety 👍.

Just loved the location and being in the wilderness. It was really a lovely experience.

Thought that there could be a wider path outside the front door so that we could put our chairs outside and enjoy nature as opposed to being cooped up inside. Also the price of the tours i.e. $180 for a half day trip is seriously rediculous when comparing equal half day trips in other parts of the world. We intended to go on one but didn't when we heard the price.

It was near the pound surround by trees and bird and animals. The restaurant was good.

The beds were poor quality as we're the pillows

The room was beautifully maintained and modern. Breakfast was hot. Armchairs and a toaster were provided. The covered seating area had a remote location. I had a wonderful stay at Wilpena Pound Resort in Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park. the room was modern and well-kept, with a cozy seating area perfect for enjoying breakfast prepared to perfection. I will definitely consider staying here again for my upcoming trips.
